Steve Murphy

Steve Murphy is the Owner of Murphy Performance Strategies and currently serves as a Consulting Associate at Blanchard while also working as an Independent Consultant at Elsie. They previously held the position of Senior Consulting Partner at The Ken Blanchard Companies for nearly two decades and worked as a Training and Development Manager at LEGOLAND California Resort and in Training and Development at Quintiles earlier in their career. Steve earned a Master of Science in Human Resources from Chapman University, where they studied from 1988 to 1994.
