Caitlan Maass

Caitlan Maass is an Environmental Governance Expert at Elson Solutions, a position they have held since 2025. They previously served as a Graduate Policy Officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Ireland in 2020, and have extensive experience in international relations, having earned a BSc from The London School of Economics and Political Science and an Advanced MSc from Leiden University. Earlier in their career, Caitlan worked in various roles, including as a Secretariat Coordinator for The Powering Past Coal Alliance and as a Public Relations & Communications Intern at Maggie's Centres. They also have a background in hospitality and cultural representation from previous positions at Brew Cafe and Walt Disney World.
