Nikos Karatzas

Nikos Karatzas, MSc, is a seasoned compliance executive with extensive experience in compliance, AML/CFT, internal audit, and banking operations. Currently, they serve as the Director of the AML/CFT division at ELTA Hellenic Post SA, where they develop and monitor the AML/CFT framework. Previously, they held significant roles including Head of Compliance at Optima Bank and Senior Compliance Officer at Millennium bcp, contributing to various regulatory frameworks. Nikos holds a Master of Science degree in Quality Management and Technology from Hellenic Open University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Ioannina, Greece.
