Nancy Palumbo

Nancy Palumbo has over 14 years of experience in medical sales. Nancy began their career as a Medical Sales Representative for Neostrata in 2007, where they opened up 36 new accounts in their first year, exceeding target by 80%. Nancy also performed business analysis to demonstrate their product had the best client ROI in the industry, which was adopted into Neostrata's corporate manual. In 2011, Nancy became a Medical Sales Representative for PhotoMedex-Radiancy, where they increased the average monthly sale from 13.7K to 25K (+82%) in the Mid Atlantic Region in 10 months. Nancy also opened 10 new accounts in 90 days, exceeding target by 100%. In 2013, Nancy became Regional Sales Manager for DermaMed Solutions, LLC, where they sold medical devices and plant-based clean and clinical skin care. Nancy sold their first MegaPeel device on their second day in the field and reactivated two top accounts that had not ordered in over 6 months. Nancy opened two new accounts in their first month and six additional new skincare accounts in the remainder of 2013. The DC territory had an increase in skincare net sales of +100% and device net sales in MegaPeel Microderm device increased at +1667%. Since 2015, Nancy has been an Account Manager-Physician Sales for both EltaMD, A Division of Colgate-Palmolive and EltaMD, A Division of Swiss-American Products, Inc. Nancy is an award-winning Physician Sales Representative (2019 Pursuit of Excellence) selling physician dispensed sunscreen and skincare to key markets of Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons. In 2021, their sales YTD was 150% vs 2020 and they became Salesforce Administrator Certified.

Nancy Palumbo received their B.S in Management Studies from the University of Maryland in 2007, and their BS in Management Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2007. Nancy also obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in September 2021.
