Michael Pupil is currently the Vice President of the Collections Business Unit at Eltropy, where they lead strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. With nearly two decades of experience in sales and business development, they have held significant roles at companies such as OneSpan, where they garnered accolades for sales performance, and Montrium, where they achieved substantial increases in client acquisitions and revenue. Michael also served as Vice President of Business Development at Connex International and held leadership positions at Vertical Claims Management and Thinking Capital. They earned a BA in Political Science from Concordia University and remain dedicated to fostering innovation and growth within their teams and the industry.
