Michel Jamati is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering for the Collections Business Unit at Eltropy since January 2025, Michel previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Lexop from December 2016 until Eltropy's acquisition in 2025. Early in the career, Michel spent a decade at CAE, progressing from Team Lead to Simulator Integration Specialist, where responsibilities included overseeing new product development and managing complex integration projects across various international locations. Michel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from McGill University and a Cegep Degree in Pure and Applied Sciences from Cegep Bois-de-Boulogne.
