Eltvedt & O’Sullivan is composed of international marine lawyers and claims investigators forming an experienced claims adjusting team acting principally for P&I Clubs and their Members, as also for Ship Operators, Charterers, Finance Houses and Insurance Companies. Our claims assignments are generally centred on solving charter-party and bill of lading disputes, collisions, salvage and G.A problems, together with investigation of total losses, marine personal injury claims, as also negotiation.
