Cat Bardwell

Cat Bardwell, MSc, PCC, is an Executive and Leadership Coach and Facilitator, currently serving as the Director at Eluminas and the Founder of CHB Leadership. Since 2020, they have worked with leaders globally to foster personal and professional growth through effective coaching. Cat previously held roles as an Associate Partner at TPC Leadership and led change management initiatives at GE Healthcare and Diageo, establishing best practices in leadership and organizational development. They hold a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from Staffordshire University and have continued their education with a course in Psychology at Yale University.
