Todd Hodes

Todd Hodes has over 20 years of experience in software engineering. Todd began their career in 1998 as a Member of the Technical Staff at IBM. In 2002, they joined WaveMarket, Inc. as a Senior Scientist, where they were responsible for loading the OS and writing both the backend and front-end software. Later that same year, they became the Director of Mobile Engineering at LocationLabs. In 2014, they were promoted to Director of Engineering at AVG Technologies, which was acquired by Avast in 2016. Todd then became a Senior Staff Engineer at Avast, before moving on to Wish in 2021 as a Staff Engineer. Currently, Todd is a Principal Architect and Director of Applications Software Engineering at Eluvio, where they are working on the Eluvio Content Fabric multimedia CDN.

Todd Hodes received their B.S. in Computer Science & Applied Mathematics from the University of Virginia in 1994. Todd then pursued a M.S. in Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley, which they completed in 1997. Todd continued their studies at UC Berkeley and obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2002.
