John Collman

John Collman has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2021. John started their career at Applied Safety & Ergonomics, where they served as a Technical Support Services/System Administrator, responsible for ensuring proper operations of technical operations and providing equipment support to litigation projects.

Following this, John joined ParishSOFT in 2011 and held various roles, including Product Support Representative, Product Support Manager, Director of Support, Director of Customer Success, and Director of Data Services. In these positions, they managed teams, developed strategies to improve customer experience, and implemented data migration tools and processes.

In 2016, John became the founder and CEO of The Collman Group, where they provided strategic and operational expertise to small-to-medium-sized companies, focusing on customer experience improvement and customized hiring strategies.

In 2019, John also worked as a Business Operations Consultant at Airity Technologies, providing support in business operations.

Currently, John is serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Elve, Inc. John is responsible for providing operational and strategic leadership, including go-to-market strategy, business development, branding, and marketing. Additionally, they are involved in hardware manufacturing, assisting in building system components and creating manufacturing infrastructure.
