Torunn Midtgaard

Torunn Midtgaard is currently the Head of Sustainability at Elvia, where they focus on change management and fostering sustainability interest within and outside the organization. They lead efforts to define sustainability for Elvia and update necessary procedures while playing a representative role in external sustainability forums. Previously, Torunn held various leadership positions, including Head of HV Power Grid Projects and Head of Regional Network Projects, and worked as a Department Manager at GK Elektro AS and ABB. Torunn's expertise encompasses process improvement, project management, and strategic leadership within the energy sector.
