Allison Monaghan

Allison Monaghan is an accomplished nursing and human resources executive with extensive experience in healthcare management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Nursing for Health Services at Elwyn since September 2025, Monaghan previously held several leadership roles at Crozer Health, including Executive Director of Employee and Labor Relations and Senior Human Resources Business Partner Manager, where responsibility included overseeing employee relations, labor management relations, and contract negotiations. Monaghan has also been a Chief Nursing Officer and Clinical Nurse Director, demonstrating expertise in clinical leadership, patient care services, and nursing practice oversight across various healthcare settings. Monaghan holds a Master's of Science in Nursing with a focus on Executive Nursing Leadership from Wilmington University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing.
