Fatma Rose

Fatma ROSE is an accomplished Lean Excellence Manager at elydan since January 2023, previously serving as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Owens Corning from April 2022 to January 2023, where Fatma implemented Total Productive Maintenance across a manufacturing plant with 250-300 employees and participated as a member of the Management Committee. Prior experience includes roles at Tenneco as a Continuous Improvement Manager and Lean Manufacturing Engineer, at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Turkey as Project Manager and Production Engineer in the Assembly Manufacturing Shop, and as an SAP Materials Management Intern at Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. Fatma ROSE holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Grenoble INP - UGA and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University, along with academic experience at Technische Universität Darmstadt and Aydın Fen Lisesi.
