David Howell has extensive work experience in finance and recruitment. David co-founded EM Group and played a key role in building and managing three recruitment businesses. After the company was acquired, they continued to work with the EM team, leading executive search mandates globally. Prior to their role at EM Group, Howell worked as a Senior Manager at Advantage Resourcing UK and as a Finance & Strategy Manager at Ultra Electronics Group. David started their career as a Management Accountant at Haymarket Media Group.
David Howell completed their education at two institutions. From 1983 to 1986, they attended the University of the West of England, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting & Finance. Following this, David Howell enrolled at BPP from 1986 to 1988, focusing on CIMA but did not earn a degree during this period.
