Pierre Muller

Pierre Muller serves as the RFID Business Unit Manager at EM Microelectronic since September 2017, overseeing the unit's P&L, strategy, technical marketing, product management, business development, and team management. Previously, Pierre held roles such as RFID BU technical leader, providing technical leadership across RFID product lines. Pierre also contributes as an expert in the ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 31/WG 4 "Radio communications" since January 2018. Prior experience includes vice president of engineering for secure products at Tiempo-IC, where responsibilities encompassed hardware development and product qualification, and managing a 30+ person RF digital design team at ST-Ericsson focusing on low power digital architectures. Earlier roles at STMicroelectronics involved digital subsystem design for WiMax RF transceivers. Pierre holds an engineering degree in micro-electronics from Grenoble INP - UGA.
