Predrag Habas is a Senior Principal Engineer and Expert in R&D at EM Microelectronic, where they have been developing and industrializing advanced CMOS processes since 2002. Previously, they held research and teaching positions at several prestigious institutions, including the Institute for Microelectronics at the Technical University of Vienna and Philips Semiconductors. Predrag earned a Dr. techn. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Technical University of Vienna and has significantly contributed to the modeling and characterization of semiconductor devices throughout their career. They were also involved in projects funded by the Commission of the European Community during their time at imec from 1996 to 1998.
