Scott Dominguez is an experienced Senior Staff Firmware Engineer at EM Microelectronic, responsible for developing and maintaining firmware and tools for BLE SoCs since December 2016. Prior to this role, Scott served as a Principal Test Engineer on a contract basis, utilizing the Google Test framework to validate proprietary chip designs. As a co-founder of Rocky Radios, Scott developed a Wi-Fi water and temperature sensor for various applications. Scott has extensive experience in firmware engineering, having held positions at Helium Systems Inc., LSI Corporation, and Quantum, where responsibilities included developing products for the Internet of Things, RAID controller firmware, and test tool development. Education includes a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
