Em Stroud is a 2x TEDx speaker, a number one bestselling author and a Play Practitioner with 20 years of experience at the intersection of performance and business. She has delivered keynotes, workshops and retained consultancy to organisations worldwide, including Bloomberg, Airbus and Barclays, working across sectors from finance to healthcare to tech.

The work sits across four areas: playful leadership, play for wellbeing, playful communication, and building human-centred cultures. Every session is built on the same foundation, that organisations perform better when their people feel better. This is something Em has watched play out in boardrooms, conference halls and leadership teams for two decades.

What makes Em different from other speakers is that she does not just talk about human connection. She has built a 20-year career practicing it, as a professional performer, a comic, an MC, an executive coach and the co-founder of the global movement Laugh, Think and Play.

If you are planning an event and want your audience to walk away genuinely changed, visit emstroud.com or send Em a message on her personal profile.
