Mike Wienke

Mike Wienke has over 40 years of professional experience in the wireless communications industry. Mike began their career in 1979 at Motorola Solutions as an Account Executive and Zone Sales Manager for the Land Mobile Product Solutions (LMPS). In this role, they were responsible for new business development and wireless network system sales in government, commercial and industrial market segments. Mike then moved to the Latin America Radio Solutions Group as a Product Marketing / Marketing Communication Manager. In this role, they managed the creation, development, and execution of an integrated marketing communications plan for the LACR direct systems operation. Mike then moved to the Global Training & Development team as a Strategic Marketing Manager, where they developed and executed an integrated strategic marketing plan and programs for global customer training products and services. In 2014, Mike joined Laird as a Global Product Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for leading all global product marketing programs for infrastructure antenna solutions. Mike then moved to Grit Business Development as a Principal Consultant in 2017. In this role, they partnered with firms to strengthen brand presence and achieve measurable, sustained revenue growth. Most recently, Mike joined E/M Wave Inc. as a Senior Business Development Manager in 2019. In this role, they designed, engineered, and marketed a unique line of mobile and fixed station RF communications antennas.

Mike Wienke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
