Madison Hoadley

Madison Hoadley, MS, is an AI Specialist at EM1 since August 2025, following experience as an Emergency Management Planner for the City of Boston where responsibilities included managing a citywide Business Continuity Training Program and co-writing a FEMA grant application. Madison served as a Research Assistant at the University of New Hampshire from September 2020 to September 2023, focusing on open source intelligence pertaining to national security agencies. Additionally, Madison worked as a Legal Assistant at Durham Criminal Law and as a Guest Care Associate at Tru on Park, gaining skills in research, data management, and cross-functional coordination. Madison holds a Master’s degree in National Security Intelligence Analysis and multiple Bachelor’s degrees in Homeland Security, Justice Studies, and a minor in Communication and Media Studies from the University of New Hampshire.
