With over two decades of experience in international cuisine, they have held positions in renowned establishments such as Grosvenor House Dubai and La Petite. Previously, Ayaz served as a head chef and sous chef at various prestigious hotels, including Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa, where they contributed to award-winning restaurants. Ayaz holds a Bachelor of Arts from Karachi University and has a strong passion for culinary excellence and creative menu development.
