Sheldon deSouza is an accomplished artisan pastry and bakery chef with extensive experience in high-quality food production and training. Starting their career as a management trainee at Taj Hotels, Sheldon has worked in prestigious establishments such as the Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa and Emirates Palace. Currently, Sheldon serves as the Head Pastry Chef at Emaar Hospitality Group, following roles as Head Pastry Chef at Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai and other reputable hotels. Sheldon holds a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, and Food Technology from IHM Mumbai and completed an advanced pastry course at École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie.
