Alin Simion

Alin Simion is a co-founder of Metaphor Brands since July 2024 and currently serves as a PHP Developer at eMAG, focusing on PHP development with Symfony. Alin possesses a diverse skill set that includes PHP, Symfony, MySQL, MongoDB, Docker, RabbitMQ, Redis, Codeception, Jenkins, and Kubernetes. Responsibilities at eMAG involve developing functionalities based on user stories, ensuring code quality, coordinating with QA teams, overseeing production releases, and monitoring support dashboards. Prior experience includes working as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Grupul CEZ în România, where Alin explored various fields such as web development and UI/UX design, as well as internships at BridgeIT and CS nine GmbH. Alin holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Craiova.
