Andreea Soare

Andreea Soare is the Sustainability Team Lead at eMAG, where they align environmental and social impact with long-term business goals. As a co-founder of Thinkado, a project launched in 2025, Andreea focuses on reimagining education for children, parents, and educators by integrating critical thinking and ethics into hands-on learning experiences. They also serve as co-founder and host of the podcast Decode Yourself, which explores personal development and emotional intelligence. Andreea holds a master's degree in Diplomacy and Negotiation from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative and a bachelor's degree in International Relations and European Studies from Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca.
