Andreea Toader

Andreea Toader is an experienced People Development Consultant currently employed at eMAG since July 2021, where Andreea previously held the role of People Development Specialist for Platforms & Technology. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SII Romania and an Information Technology Recruiter at AMS Human Resources, where Andreea was involved in comprehensive recruiting activities, mentoring, and candidate assessment. Andreea also has experience as a Junior Account Manager at Korn Ferry, managing talent assessments and employee engagement initiatives. The early career began with an internship in Human Resources at DEKON Business Solutions, focusing on recruitment and candidate evaluation. Andreea holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Bucharest, along with two degrees in Psychotherapy from Asociatia de Cercetare, Consiliere si Psihoterapie Integrativa.
