Robert Neculae

Robert Neculae is an experienced product manager specializing in digital customer engagement, with a strong background in recommendation systems and product ownership. Since February 2022, Robert has held several positions at eMAG, including Platform Manager for Digital Customer Engagement and Senior Product Owner for Search & Listing, leading the development of eMAG's internal recommendation engine and managing product backlogs. Prior to this, Robert worked at VTEX as a Product Owner focused on growth engineering, understanding customer needs and developing custom applications. Robert's extensive experience includes previous roles at eMAG managing personalized content and marketing automation strategies, as well as experience in sales consultancy. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Project Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București and a Nanodegree in AI Product Management from Udacity.
