Roxana Toma serves as Legal Counsel at eMAG since February 2019, bringing prior experience as Legal Counsel at Transfer Rapid from September 2017 to February 2019 and as Intellectual Property Counsel at ENPORA INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SERVICES between February 2013 and September 2017. Roxana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Bucharest (2008-2012) and a Master’s Degree in Advanced Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law from Titu Maiorescu University (2012-2013). Additionally, Roxana is pursuing a specialization course in Industrial Property, Trademarks, and Geographical Indications through the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (2016-present) and has completed a Business Analysis program at Școala informală de IT in 2019.
