Previously, Stejara held several key leadership roles at eMAG, including Commercial Vice President for Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary, and has also been influential in organizations like Skin Media and SC Rosal Import Export SRL, where strategic business development was a priority. Stejara's earlier career at Carrefour included advancing through roles such as Appliances-Electronic-IT Purchase Director, culminating in significant contributions to the opening and operational success of Carrefour's first store in Romania. Educational background comprises a Master’s Degree in Administration and Management of SME from the University of Clermont-Ferrand, alongside degrees in International Relations and International Economic Relations.
