Vojtěch Zicha

Vojtěch Zicha has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Vojtěch currently serves as the Head of Technology at eMan, where they lead the technology efforts in the Automotive & Industry 4.0 division. In this role, they are responsible for mentoring and developing technology teams and setting the standards for architecture and delivery. Prior to this, Vojtěch worked as a Solutions Architect for a mobile application development company, where they played a crucial role in preparing presale documentation, defining project architectures, and designing APIs and integrations. Vojtěch also handled DevOps setup for enterprise projects.

In addition to their corporate roles, Vojtěch also ran their own business as a Freelance Solutions Architect. Vojtěch has worked with various companies, such as W.A.G. payment solutions, a.s., where they served as a WEB & Digital Platform Architect, and Provident Financial s.r.o., where they held multiple positions including Solution Architect Team Lead and IT Systems Development Specialist. At Provident Financial, they delivered enterprise and application architecture, led development teams, and worked on various projects involving system integrations and sales tools. Vojtěch also has experience as an external trainer, where they designed and conducted custom-made internal trainings for employees.

Vojtěch Zicha completed their Bachelor's degree in Computational Mathematics from VSB-Technical University of Ostrava between 2011 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended Gymnázium a Střední Odborná Škola Orlová from 2003 to 2011, where they obtained their Maturita (A-levels, SAT compatible) qualification in Comprehensive studies.

In addition to their formal education, Vojtěch Zicha has also obtained several certifications. In December 2016, they completed the Machine Learning course offered by Coursera and holds the associated certificate. Vojtěch also holds certifications in IT Service Management, TOGAF® 9, and ArchiMate® 3. The ITIL v4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management was obtained from PeopleCert in October 2023. The Open Group Certified: TOGAF® 9 Certified and The Open Group Certified: ArchiMate® 3 Practitioner certifications were both obtained from The Open Group in February 2022 and March 2022, respectively. Additionally, Vojtěch Zicha earned the BizTalk Server 2010 - Development of Business Processes and Integration Solutions certification from GOPAS a.s. in April 2016.
