Isha Mandal

Isha Mandal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in humanitarian assessment and migration policy. Currently serving as a Senior Assessment Officer with IMPACT Initiatives, Isha leads multi-sector needs assessments, focusing on data-driven interventions for refugee inclusion in Iraq. Previous roles include project lead for Migration, Peace, and Security at the Center for Migration, Gender, and Justice, where Isha published research on gender and migration, and served as Global Youth Fellow for Gender Equality with the NGO Committee on the Status of Women, advocating for gender equality issues at the international level. Isha also holds a Master's degree in Human Rights and Democratization and has worked as a Research Assistant with UNIDO on the intersection of gender equality and digital technologies.
