Kaben Hoffman is a highly skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in design and drafting of HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems, currently serving as a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Emanuelson-Podas since June 2017. Kaben's expertise encompasses heating and cooling loads, system sizing, equipment selection, and proficient use of Revit and AutoCAD for drafting. Prior experience includes a senior design project at BAE Systems focusing on device design for composite laminate curing, and a research assistant role at the University of Northwestern - St. Paul, where Kaben streamlined Python code and ANSYS applications for finite element analysis. Early career experience includes supervision roles at Hayes Construction and Integrity Construction, overseeing construction operations and coordinating labor and materials. Kaben holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
