Katrina Sison

Katrina Sison is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in sourcing and recruiting, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead for Sales & Marketing at EMAPTA since February 2020. In previous roles, Sison has demonstrated expertise in candidate sourcing, managing recruitment processes, and conducting client calibrations. Prior experience includes a position as Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist at MUSIC Tribe, where responsibilities encompassed deep web-based research and market compensation analysis, as well as extensive candidate management. Sison has also worked at PSG Global Solutions implementing sourcing strategies and managing candidate databases, and began a career in recruitment as a Test Administrator at the University of Santo Tomas. Sison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Santo Tomas, obtained in 2013.
