Martin Shearsmith is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and business development within the BPO and contact center industry. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at EMAPTA Offshore Staffing since November 2015, Martin specializes in enhancing profitability for small and medium-sized companies through tailored offshore solutions. Previous roles include VP of Consulting & Business Solutions at TeleDevelopment Services, Inc., and Chief Operating Officer at iVentures Inc., among others. Martin has a proven track record of driving growth, managing large teams, and optimizing operational efficiency across various organizations and markets.
