Mona Cayanan

Mona Cayanan currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at EMAPTA since July 2021, after holding the position of Senior Customer Experience Manager. Prior to this role, Mona worked at PROBE Group as a Senior Operations Manager from July 2016 to May 2021. Experience at Sutherland Global Services includes roles as Senior Account Manager from March 2015 to May 2016, and various positions from Account Manager to Quality Assurance Specialist from May 2007 to April 2014. Mona also worked at Stellar Philippines as a Senior Operations Project Manager from May 2014 to February 2015 and began the professional journey at Convergys as a Customer Service Representative/Transition Coach from April 2006 to May 2007.
