Jay Jung

Jay Jung is a finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking, strategic finance, and business development. As the Principal & Founder of Embarc Advisors since June 2018, Jay Jung leads a firm that provides Finance-as-a-Service advisory services, working with companies across various sizes and partnering with private equity and venture capital firms for financial expertise. In addition, since May 2021, Jay Jung has served as an Advisor for kept.pro, offering comprehensive bookkeeping services for growing companies. Previously, Jay Jung held the position of Vice President in the Investment Banking division at Goldman Sachs, specializing in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications, after serving as an Associate in the Natural Resources and Industrials sector. Prior experience includes serving as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, Manager of Strategic Finance and Business Development at NHN Corp, and Co-Founder of Evixar, a network security solutions startup. Jay Jung holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and an undergraduate degree from Seoul National University.
