Paul Walsh

Paul Walsh is the Concierge at EMBARK Beyond, a position they have held since January 2018. Prior to that, they were the Guest Relations Manager at Gramercy Tavern from April 2005 to January 2018, where they were responsible for all aspects of the 160k a year guest experiences and reservations. Paul has also been responsible for creating key relationships and partnerships with concierge and industry reps and creating strategic communication with both regular and VIP guests. Additionally, they have overseen purchasing and maintenance of all office equipment and copiers, CCTV and related employee security aspects, gift cards systems and liaison with vendor, and completed onboarding of new hires and orientations as needed.
