Eric Jodoin

Eric Jodoin has a strong background in leadership and transformation roles in various companies. Eric started their career at Quantum Management Services Ltd. as a Sales Manager. Eric then moved to Manulife where they held positions such as Project Manager and AVP of Sales Support & Operations. At TD, they had multiple roles, including VP of Shared Services, VP of Effectiveness & Business Transformation, AVP of Strategic Initiatives, and AVP of Operations. Most recently, Jodoin worked at Embark as the Vice President of Customer Success Centre & Plan Administration. In this role, they were responsible for executing the customer success strategy, in-sourcing a contact center, and driving improvements in customer loyalty and digital adoption.

Eric Jodoin has completed an Executive Program at Queen's University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Bishop's University.
