Ramin Balouch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ramin began their career as an Account Supervisor at ISO Client Services from November 2001 to August 2006. Ramin then worked as an Assistant Electrician at Falsing EL from September 2005 to June 2007. Following this, Ramin became the Business Owner of Frugtkaelden Organic from January 2007 to January 2009.

In 2010, they joined Heritage Plans as a Sales Success Advisor in the Sales & Distribution department. Ramin provided training, support, and coaching to low producers and new Representatives, attended workshops and collaborations, and organized educational sessions with World Financial Group.

At Heritage Plans, Ramin also served as a Client Services Supervisor from July 2013 to April 2014 and as a Client Services Manager from August 2013 to August 2018. In these roles, they completed RESPDAC, Product Knowledge (PK), and Coaching for Performance successfully. Additionally, they minimized project and development costs through conceptualization of system solutions and defined conversion and implementation strategies.

Currently, Ramin works at Embark Student Corp. Ramin started as the Contact Centre & Customer Care Manager from September 2018 to November 2020. Ramin then became the Interim Director of Sales Force Service from November 2020 to January 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Education Savings Centre - Sales & Distribution, starting in January 2022.

Ramin Balouch attended Gentofte HF from 2002 to 2004 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Prior to that, they attended Bakkegord School from 1998 to 2002, where they received a high school/secondary diploma or certificate. In 2021, Ramin enrolled in The Advanced Managers Course at the Schulich School of Business - York University, and they are currently pursuing their education there. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, Leadership Fundamentals from LinkedIn, and completed the RESPDAC Branch Manager Proficiency Course from RESP Dealers Association Of Canada. Ramin also studied at Technical Education Copenhagen, specializing in the field of electrician.
