Embark Innovations provides technology platforms specifically designed and built for the specialty chemical industry to increase data cohesion, field efficiency and highlight program value.

A fundamental problem that impedes accuracy of production chemical programs is data cohesion.

Data is aggregated by field personnel who are juggling many priorities.
Reporting and data aggregation sometimes drop to the bottom of the priority list. Chemical treatment accuracy suffers.

Inaccurate treatment programs result in high cost, lost production, and damage to assets.

The solution is the Prodesy Chemical WorkSpace — which redefines the processes for sharing and updating critical data that drives chemical treatment programs accuracy.

Production data is shared with vendors in a controlled manner, with transparent production mapping to treatment sites.

Monitoring programs and tasks are scheduled in advance and tracked, with notifications.

A central database provides the source for corporate BI reporting platforms based on accurate data.

Telemetry data is integrated into a single platform so it can be used for real time program optimization.

Challenges for Chemical Vendors

No real time inventory tracking.
No mobile functionality for field services.
No data cohesion — data entered in several different spreadsheet processes.
No customizable dashboards or reports.

Inefficient processes lead to time wasted, opportunities lost, and poor value communication to customers.

The solution is the Prodesy Chemical WorkSpace — where data is captured once at the point of origin and provides the foundation for efficient process management.

Prodesy is a full ERP solution for chemical vendors - providing the ability to manage the supply chain from real time inventory tracking in the field to delivery management, demand forecasting based on product usage, planning manufacturing and raw materials demand to lower overall cost and increase profits.
