Adam Ruff

Adam Ruff, CPA, currently serves as Senior Director at Embark since November 2022. Prior to this role, Adam was the Director and Head of CFO Services at CFOx, where responsibilities included establishing a client-service approach and developing a project framework. At Riveron, Adam held the position of Associate Director, leading significant projects, such as a multi-billion dollar carve-out for a medical device company and managing the financial operations for various companies, including those in bankruptcy. Additional experience includes roles at RTW Financial Advisors, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and an internship with Senator Roger F. Wicker. Adam holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Mississippi.
