David Harner

David Harner, CPA, currently serves as the Dallas Market Leader and Transaction Advisory Service Leader at Embark since May 2021. Prior to this role, David held multiple positions at Riveron, culminating as Senior Manager in Transaction Services from January 2017 to May 2021. David's career began at KPMG US, where responsibilities included providing financial due diligence for private equity and strategic deals from April 2015 to January 2017, as well as serving in various audit and assurance roles from October 2011 to September 2015. David's early professional experience includes internships at KPMG, Carlson Restaurants Inc, and Holt Lunsford Commercial, alongside teaching assistant positions at Southern Methodist University, where David also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting. Industry experience encompasses manufacturing, distribution, and financial services.
