Joel Estes

Joel Estes serves as the Executive Director and President & Integrator at Embark since April 2014, focusing on team coordination and operational excellence. Prior to this role, Joel held positions at Heaton Eye Associates from March 2011 to March 2014, including Director of Technical Operations and Business Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing the Refractive Department and overall operations. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistant Operations Manager at Right at Home from April 2010 to September 2010, overseeing daily operations, billing, purchasing, and IT support. Joel holds a Master in Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Dallas Baptist University, and an Associate degree in Journalism from Labette Community College.
