Leonardo Roch

Leonardo Roch, CPA, serves as the Senior Director and Tampa Market Leader in Financial Accounting Advisory Services at Embark, a position held since August 2021. In this role, Leonardo emphasizes a supportive team culture, focuses on relationship-building, coaching, and intra-department collaboration to enhance productivity. Prior to Embark, Leonardo accumulated extensive experience at Deloitte from September 2014 to August 2021, progressing from Audit Associate to Audit Manager.
