Maxwell Sutterlin

Maxwell Sutterlin, CPA, currently serves as the Transaction Services Director at Embark, a position held since February 2022, after progressing through roles including Transaction Services Senior Manager and Transaction Services Manager. Prior experience includes working at PwC from September 2015 to December 2021 as a Deals Manager, where Maxwell provided Financial Due Diligence advisory services for client acquisitions and divestitures, as well as holding the titles of Deals Senior Associate, Assurance Senior Associate, and Assurance Associate. Earlier in the career, Maxwell gained experience as an Assurance Intern with PwC in early 2014. Maxwell holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Master of Accounting, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, all earned from Penn State University between 2011 and 2015.
