Steven Lu

Steven Lu is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Controller - Outsourcing at Embark since March 2022, Steven has progressed through several positions including Assistant Controller and Accounting Manager. Prior to Embark, Steven was an Accounting Manager at Innovetive Petcare, managing a senior accountant and overseeing the month-end close process for multiple entities. Earlier roles include Regional Finance Manager and Senior Accountant at United Surgical Partners International, where Steven led a team of accountants and played a vital role in the acquisition of 50 facilities. Steven began the career as a Staff Accountant at Impact Telecom and American Honda Motor Company, gaining foundational skills in accounting and financial analysis. Steven holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a Finance Concentration from The University of Texas at Arlington.
