Vikas Seth is a seasoned Chef and Culinary Director currently leading culinary operations at Embassy Group since 2016. They have extensive experience in the culinary field, having previously served as Corporate Executive Chef at Dish Hospitality Pvt Ltd from 2005 to 2016, and held roles including Executive Chef at Galaxy Bowling Company and Chef Tournant at Celebrity Cruises. Vikas also completed a variety of culinary programs at prestigious institutions, including the Culinary Institute of America and IHMCTAN in Mumbai. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Mumbai.
