Lee Wright is a seasoned professional in the construction and scaffolding industry, currently serving as Commercial Manager at Embassy Site Services since August 2023. Previously, Lee held the position of Commercial Director at Hadley Group Services from May 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities included product development and market opportunity identification. Other roles include Senior Operations Director and Operations Director at Alandale Plant & Scaffolding Ltd, as well as various leadership positions across other firms, such as Contracts Director at SERS (LSE) Ltd and Project Surveyor/Estimator at Brogan Scaffolding Ltd. Lee has a solid educational foundation in Building Studies from Richmond Upon Thames College and further qualifications from various institutions in construction and training.

We are a privately owned Limited Company offering Scaffolding and Building Services throughout the UK. The Company was incorporated in 2012, however, there is in excess of 30 year’s experience within the Management Team. The recent move to our new 2 Acre facility is part of our ongoing growth to better meet the increased demands of our industry. ESS has recently invested in both key senior personnel and management systems, testimony to this is the recent award of ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental and OHAS 18001 Health and Safety. These are incorporated in to an Integrated Management System which is audited annually by a UKAS accredited organisation and monthly, internally, by the Quality Manager. Our Health and Safety performance is exceptional and monthly figures are produced and analysed during monthly Management Team meetings in an attempt to identify any trends and strive towards zero accidents. We are very much a ‘can do’ Company who are large enough to cope, yet small enough to care.
