Joan Mora

Joan Mora is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Head of Design at Embat, Joan oversees a top-tier design team and enhances collaboration with technology teams. Previous roles include Product Design Lead at TOQIO, where Joan established a multidisciplinary design team and redesigned a white label product, and Global Design Lead at BBVA, where a design team for BBVA Pivot was created. Co-founding Enoarquía, a wine blog, as well as serving as Design Lead at Exo Investing and Design Manager at Webpac, demonstrates Joan's diverse skill set in design and team building. Education includes degrees from UC San Diego and several other institutions, focusing on design, product development, and management.
