Dmitry M.

Dmitry M. has a diverse work experience in the tech and finance industries. Dmitry co-founded Embea in 2022 and currently serves as the Co-Founder & CPO. Prior to that, they co-founded Alteos in 2018, where they built a digital spinoff of AXA Germany focused on insurance technology and distribution. Dmitry was also the VP Product at Coya AG from 2017 to 2018, where they played a key role in building an insurance company and product department from scratch. Dmitry was the Managing Director and later Head of Product at MonedoMe, a digital banking subsidiary of Kreditech Holding, from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, Dmitry worked at Life.SREDA as a Principal from 2012 to 2014, leading the development and execution of international investment strategy in the FinTech industry. Prior to that, they co-founded Snappy in 2012 and served as the CEO.

Dmitry M. received a B. Eng in International Management from AM State Academy from 2002 to 2008. Dmitry then pursued an MBA from the University of Bradford School of Management from 2011 to 2012. In addition, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in September 2015.
