Aaron Lian

Aaron Lian serves as the Senior Manager of Corporate Finance at embecta since July 2022, focusing on financial management for the spinoff from Becton Dickinson. Prior experience includes managerial roles in finance at AbbVie and Allergan, where responsibilities encompassed business technology financial management and governance, as well as integration efforts following Allergan's acquisition by AbbVie. Additional experience includes senior internal audit functions in a global pharmaceutical setting and senior audit and assurance roles at EY, dealing with financial statement reviews under GAAP and IFRS. Early in the career, Aaron worked as an Engineer IV at AECOM, specializing in project engineering for the Power Business unit. Aaron holds an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers Business School and a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University.
